In a survey I conducted, a reader wrote:
Thanks for the opportunity to ask a question.
In Chapter 6 of The Science of Getting Rich ('How Riches Come to You'), Wallace D. Wattles instructed us: 'So you need not hesitate to ask largely. Your part is to focalize and express the desires of God'. I have asked for $100,000 for the purpose of three (3) projects including medical care for my age-old mother, my wife and myself for overweight and arthritis. I formed the mental picture of the money and the details. But, the more I visualize my desire/want, the more I get broke financially.
Question: Don't you think we need to work at reaching our goals or getting what we want in stages? Example: Work at getting $500 or a $1000 first, then $2,000; $3000; $5000 and up to the desired amount. Feel free to help me reframe the question if not properly put.
I am anxious to read your response and possible advice or additional tips that would help me create my wants much quicker.
Thanks in advance."
Your most welcome.
I absolutely do think that. In fact, that's exactly what I teach in the books I've written on the subject.
I'm a big believer, a real big believer, in "stair stepping" your way to success by creating "next-level" visions (a term I prefer to goals) that reflect what you want next in your life that you truly believe you can get and can easily imagine yourself as already having. Then, when you get that, create another one. Then, when you get that, create another one. Then, when you get that, well I think you get the idea here.
That system is the easiest and fastest way I know of to make massive progress fast in your life and the one I used to make more progress in just a couple of years, both personally and in business, than I did in the previous thirty years combined.
For more on the subject and detailed, step-by-step instructions for creating next-level visions that work, I highly recommend my Wallace D. Wattles Quick Start Guide (especially Chapters 6-8) and my Wallace D. Wattles Advanced Vision Guide (especially Chapters 2-12). Click or tap the links below to get your copies today.

Tip: Visualizing (I prefer experiencing to visualizing, and there is a difference), in and of itself, isn't enough to get you what you want. Action, more specifically constructive action, is also required.
Tip: Your next-level vision should reflect what you want not what you don't want. Do you want overweight and arthritis? I would think not, and, if not, then why's it in yours? Think about it!
Note: Both of the above tips are covered in more detail in the two books referred to above.
