My understanding is that he is talking about quantum theory. altho there was no quantum theory back then, it is almost identical to that of quantum theorists talks abt.

I've heard that said as well. I've also heard it said that there are serious differences. Knowing little if anything about quantum theory, I'm not in a position to comment on the subject one way or the other. I can, however, tell you that I've had extremely good results following Mr. Wattles' writings exactly as he wrote them, so I don't feel any need whatsoever to complicate matters. In fact, one of the reasons I've had the results that I've had is that I don't complicate them. Thanks for your comment!
